Beyond the delivery zone
Pickup is from West Des Moines one to three days before your event, returned within three days after. Shipping is by UPS anywhere in the United States and averages $60 to $75 each way.
Everything arrives packed in a rolling case. Setup takes 15 to 20 minutes and full step-by-step instructions are included.

Before you ask
A 25% retainer holds your date. The remaining balance is due 10 days before the event. You can book online for weddings, parties and nonprofits, or send us a note if your event needs anything custom.
A full day, up to 24 hours. We deliver ahead of time, and pick up at the end of the night or the following day, so the photo booth is live for the whole event rather than a two hour window.
No. Unlimited sessions for the whole rental. Every guest can go as many times as they want, and every one of those photos lands in your gallery.
Yes. On the Social Experience the nonprofit rate is $525 for the Selfie Stand and $625 for the GLAM Booth. On the Brand Experience it is $825 for the Selfie Stand and $925 for the GLAM Booth. Yes, and plenty of clients do at larger events, in multiple rooms or across multiple days. Weekly rentals start at $1,500, longer runs are discounted and quoted, and leasing and subscriptions are available for venues and campaigns.
Yes, and it is included. We design an overlay for your event with your names, date, logo or artwork. You can have up to three so guests get to choose.

Access to power, and we bring a 10 foot extension cord with every rental. We recommend at least 10 feet by 10 feet of space for the photo experience so there is room for a group to pile in.
Yes, and it looks great outdoors. We do recommend cover, and outdoor setups are weather pending, since the equipment is not waterproof.

We will do everything we can to move with you. If the equipment is already booked on your new date, the retainer is kept and the agreement ends. Moving into the following year means that year's pricing applies. This is a plain language summary, not legal advice, and the agreement you sign is the final word.
Cancellations need to be in writing. If you cancel less than 30 days before the event and there is still a balance owed, the remaining service fee becomes due right away. Otherwise the event is refunded minus the retainer.
